Our praises are with you for the contributions and sacrifices you have made to help us all pull through these devastating times of Covid-19.

La Diva Drinks will be open for business from the 29th June 2020, 9am-5pm and will be taking the most appropriate and practical steps to get back to normal practice.

We have the most loyal customers that we could have asked for and through these new challenging times we highly value your loyalty. In time, we will produce a marketing campaign that will be very competitive in order to help our loyal customers get back on their feet. We will also need your help as we cannot do this without you.

As you are fully aware, there has been no business conducted on our end. As our official opening date nears we will be implementing certain measures in order for us to bounce back from Covid-19. 

Due to the unfortunate situation, we have had to revoke or change credit terms which were in place for all of our customers. For our customers who have a balance from their previous orders prior to Covid-19, the balance will be expected to be cleared in full. We shall be providing individual payment plans if necessary. We will help reduce your balance gradually and get back in line with your terms so the existing credit facilities can be provided.

Moving forward, purchases can be made on a proforma basis for all customers until further notice. This will enable customers to receive orders whilst also reducing their previous balance. Building up our cash flow will ensure we get the best prices in the market to supply you without our services being effected. Out of date stock is more than likely going to be a cause for concern for all, unfortunately our insurance does not cover a pandemic and no stock that is out of date can be returned.
